Services
Individual Psychotherapy
Individual Psychotherapy provides a healing space where one can explore his/her emotions in a safe, confidential, environment. During this process, we work through unmet emotional needs, interpersonal conflict and maladaptive coping skills to build a stronger sense of self.
I provide individual psychotherapy for men and women ages 18 and older to address issues such as anxiety, eating disorders and depression.
Parent Support/Coaching
Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT) is a model designed to empower caregivers to be the agent of healing to help their loved one. By harnessing the existing connection between parents and children, EFFT can improve the parent's sense of self-efficacy and strengthen the caregiver/loved one relationship.
